Please note the Vortex firepit, Bushman barbeques and Milano pizza ovens are larger items and as such will be delivered via a pallet service to the kerbside of your address. As such it is up to you to ensure there is a suitable access area for courier to deliver the goods and that someone is at the delivery address to sign for the goods.

When placing any order for a Milano pizza oven please ensure you have the means to move the pizza oven once it has been delivered to the kerbside. The Milano pizza ovens weigh 180kg and 520kg respectively and as such prior thought must be given as to how you will transport the ovens to the necessary area in your garden after they have been delivered.

Vortex Cub firepits are delivered via standard courier service and require a signature on delivery.

Please note should you miss delivery it is your responsibility to liaise with courier to re organise delivery.
