A member of our team will then get in contact with you via the email address you have provided.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us. Any refund/return requests made after 14 days will not be automatically accepted and a final decision will be made at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in any original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, within the warranty period.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that larger items can not be sent via a standard courier and must be sent via a pallet service and this can be costly.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Faulty Goods

If your goods have developed a fault, please immediately contact us via the returns from found here: https://earthfires.co.uk/returns-form/. Please provide a brief description of the fault, and a member of our team will be in contact with you. When we receive your email we will advise you accordingly on how to proceed. You should notify us of any faults as soon as possible. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Customers must follow all instructions given in the instruction manuals provided with all Earth Fires products to ensure the product is used correctly and to limit the chances of any faults occurring. Any improper use of your Earth Fires product will invalidate the warranty.

Where possible, Earth Fires will repair the faulty goods, or provide replacement parts for the faulty goods.
